Scammers! Do thorough research when you go into the deal as a buying party with this real estate agent. We recently bought a house where the cadastral data did not match. (I'm talking about a considerable number of square meters here!) According to our new neighbors (multiple people) this real estate agent was aware of this, but it was NOT communicated to us. In fact, on paper it was stated that the cadastral data did match. During the key handover, there were already vague hints, now it turns out why. It's really nice to move into a new house and start a feud with the neighbors! It could have been communicated properly, and this could have been prevented. Money is again for everything here!

We, as the purchasing party, have had to deal with this realtor. Nothing but drama and miscommunication. The realtor does not pass on appointments to the sellers, which creates irritation for both parties. In addition, the realtor has no idea what object he is selling or who is even entitled to sell the house. He knows little to nothing about the house he is selling. I'm not just talking about history, but for example about whether there is a concrete floor or a wooden floor on the ground floor or who owns the property. For those people who are buying a home through this realtor: do your own homework and make sure you know how things stand. That prevents a lot of hassle later in the process.
