Reception and timeliness were correct and pleasant. The aftertaste, however, was bitter. In our opinion, we were dismissed by Mr. Van Camp as a difficult, indecisive target group. A target group which in the current (overstretched) market is better off staying away from that same market. Before 12:00 am on the same day, it was indicated to Van Camp by phone that we would not be submitting a bid that afternoon. Mr. Van Camp responds to this saying he will lay this down with Ms. the salesperson (her first name escaped me). A response to this has remained outstanding so far. All of this is consistent with the market image of Mr. Van Camp as experienced by us.

Very unreliable real estate agent. We wanted to buy an apartment in Nijmegen and received via e-mail and phone a confirmation and congratulations that we had gotten the apartment. A few hours later, however, they withdrew. It looked like they had received a higher offer between the time of signing the contract and the time of signing... An unreasonable way of doing business and absolutely no reliable partner. Be careful with congratulations if you go into business with this real estate agent, because the chance is great that it's too early!
